The story behind our podcast

Mel Craig started podcasting back in 2003 and hosted an amazing podcast show in the car care industry that went almost 10 years long and reached 32 different countries. Podcasting is entertaining, motivating, and educational, all in one show.

Mel searched all over HB to find the perfect co-host of HB Unplugged, and it didn’t take long to realize there was only one clear choice with Don Ramsey. Don is Mr. Huntington
Beach, and I don’t think there is anyone that Don doesn’t know, or anyone that doesn’t know Don.

Both Don and Mel are successful business owners here in HB, and both have given back to the Huntington Beach community in more ways that can be counted. HB Unplugged is just one more thing they can do to help make a difference and continue to give back to the community that has been so good to them.

Don Ramsey

is an HB local legend known for his adventurous spirit, his community service, and as a board member of many of the HB organizations. Don is a proud US Vietnam Army Veteran, and a local successful business owner. He and his brother Jim entertain the HB community with the Ramsey Bothers Rock and Roll band. Don is also the founder of the Kowabonga Van Klan VW Bus Organization.

Mel Craig

is a seasoned business professional and motivational speaker with a rich background in the American Car Culture. He has been featured on Motor Trend, Velocity and Discovery TV, and he too is a US Army Veteran. Mel launched his first podcast show back in 2003 reaching a global audience. Today, he is instrumental in the producing of the HB Unplugged podcast show, and local business owner of Revivify America.
